Each Shedio studio is a one-of-a-kind, designed around your unique needs and wants. We can build nearly any size and configuration, using a range of materials and finishes. Our studios are built to contemporary building standards and provide a comfortable, safe, quiet environment, no matter what the weather throws at it. Insulated and energy-efficient
Every studio is insulated and soundproofed like a home. We use high-quality doors and windows, including fixed windows that are insulated and custom built for each project.

Built on-site
We build every aspect of your studio on-site.

HVAC
We always provide a mini split, which provides heat and AC, along with a programmable thermostat.

Built to code
Regardless of whether you need a permit, we build every part of every studio to meet or exceed residential building codes.

Electrical
Each studio has at least two separate electrical circuits: one dedicated to heat and AC, and another to power everything else like lights and computers.

Wifi
Wifi inside your studio is connected to your existing network, typically via a weatherproof ethernet hardwire.
